Please join us for a benefit dinner on Saturday, July 12 at the Lake Jackson Volunteer Fire Department in Manassas, VA from 3-7pm.

Thank You!

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to the many Masonic organizations and their members who participated in the Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser for our grandson, Matthew Costis.  The event was held at Kena Shrine Temple in Fairfax, VA on June 8th.  We sincerely thank the Officers and Members of Kena Shrine for allowing us to use the facility for the event.  Most of the food was provided by the Worshipful Master of Manasseh Lodge and the Virginia Order of DeMolay.  These gentlemen spent almost the entire day working in the kitchen and the food was delicious.  The event was spearheaded by Officers and Members of Wimodausis Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.  These ladies along with Officers and Member of Destiny Court, Order of the Amaranth, handled the ticket sales, provided more of the food and served the meal.  And, finally, we had Members and Adult Advisors from Fairfax Assembly, International Order of Rainbow for Girls and Bethel 52, International Order of Job’s Daughters, helping to serve and clean-up.

The dinner was a tremendous success, with about 200 attendees.  There was also a huge outpouring of monetary gifts from people who were unable to attend.  Through the efforts of so many, we were able to raise substantial funds to pay the many expenses associated with Matthew’s cancer treatments.  Our hearts are overflowing with pride in our Masonic Family and gratitude for their support.
